Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking an Resident Accounts Manager to drive property operations by overseeing delinquency management, leasing activities, and resident retention initiatives. The role collaborates with the Property Manager to deliver strong occupancy, revenue growth, and transparent reporting across the portfolio.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years in property management, a 4-year degree or equivalent experience, and proficiency with industry software (preferably Yardi).

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in the Property Management industry.
• Strong Financial Analysis, Budgeting, P&L Management skills.
• Experience in luxury or market-rate segment is preferred.
• Experience should include some knowledge of industry software systems; preferably Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing property and office administration including reporting, managing lease files, audits and renewals.
• Managing delinquency through rental collections, posting rents, daily deposits and filing legal proceedings in accordance with county codes.
• Contributing to leasing benchmarks and resident retention through marketing and outreach initiatives; leading by example.
