Job summary

Roundhouse is hiring a Regional Property Manager to lead a portfolio of multifamily communities across Montana, including Missoula, Billings, Kalispell, and Helena. You will develop Community Managers, own financial performance, and guide growth through acquisitions and dispositions.

You’ll oversee budgets, capital plans, due diligence, and compliance while maintaining strong leadership of site teams and a proactive learning culture. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of multi-site property management experience at the Regional Manager level.
• Strong accounting knowledge and prior financial analysis experience.
• Supervisory skills with ability to set goals and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, coach, evaluate and discipline direct reports across sites.
• Prepare annual operating budgets and manage income/expenses to hit targets.
• Build annual site business plans and oversee capital improvements.
• Lead due diligence on acquisitions and oversee dispositions.
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance and uphold confidentiality.
