Arcline Ready Mix, a Zachry division, seeks an experienced General Manager to lead all ready‑mix operations across multiple locations in the San Antonio area. The role drives profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction while building high‑performing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years progressively responsible leadership in ready-mix/construction materials/industrial sector.
• Minimum of 5 years senior management experience with multiple locations or regions.
• Demonstrated experience managing full operational and financial performance (P&L).
• Proven success in growth, acquisitions, or large-scale operational change (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and overall direction for all ArcLine Ready Mix operations.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies for sustainable growth and profitability.
• Lead plant managers and department leaders, fostering accountability and high performance.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, expenses, and profitability.
• Champion safety as the highest priority and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure consistent product quality and cross-location operational excellence.
• Collaborate with sales to strengthen customer relationships and pricing strategies.
• Support environmental compliance and stewardship initiatives.
• Partner with HR on workforce planning and leadership development.
• Identify risks and opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Represent the company with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Lead growth, acquisitions, and business transformation initiatives.
