Job summary

Crete Solutions is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Columbia, SC / Midlands Area ready-mix concrete division. This senior leadership role is responsible for the division's people, safety, operations, sales, customer service, quality, and financial performance.

The General Manager will lead a management team across five locations, with direct accountability for profitability and growth, balancing plant, truck, customer, and people dynamics to drive success.

Qualifications

• Ready-Mix Concrete experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership in multi-location operations.
• Strong financial and business acumen with P&L responsibility.
• Ability to drive safety, quality, and customer service across locations.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and strategic planning.

Responsibilities
