Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America seeks an experienced leader to direct and optimize daily ready-mix operations across multiple facilities in Houston, TX. The role emphasizes safety, production, quality, and customer service objectives.

You will coach teams, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with plant, sales, dispatch and maintenance to maximize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Travel between locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize daily ready mix operations across multiple facilities to achieve safety, production, quality, and customer service objectives.
• Drive a culture of safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement through effective leadership and accountability.
• Collaborate with plant, sales, dispatch, and maintenance teams to maximize efficiency, resource utilization, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze operational performance metrics, identify opportunities, and implement solutions that improve productivity and profitability.
• Develop, coach, and support employees while fostering engagement, teamwork, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
