Job summary

Akumin Inc. in Kissimmee is seeking a Site Manager to lead three to five fixed radiology imaging sites. This full-time role drives resource planning, topline growth, and patient experience while maintaining high staff performance across shifts and modalities.

You will mentor teams, manage budgets, and maintain strong relationships with referring offices and payors to ensure superior service delivery and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare.
• Strong proficiency in patient services, radiology, or customer service.
• Ability to mentor large teams within a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, develops, implements, and interprets programs and procedures to provide quality care and high performance.
• Leads staff management, budget management, and maintains relationships with referring offices and customers.
• Reviews site activities and optimizes utilization of facilities, services, or staff.
• Monitors performance and profitability and communicates issues to management as needed.
• Administers quality programs and ensures key productivity measures are met.
