Qualifications

• Excellent management skills including sales, customer service, and budgeting.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to interact effectively with doctors, patients, vendors, peers, staff, and management.
• Experience at a similar high-volume medical facility; imaging experience is a strong plus.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire qualified team members following approved HR protocols and maintain low turnover.
• Direct, mentor, and oversee imaging center staff with clear expectations and performance monitoring.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations, RadNet practices, and safety protocols.
• Promote and seek new business opportunities for the imaging center and organization.
• Develop strategies to achieve individual and business unit goals.
• Oversee budgets and analyze performance against budgets.
• Perform technologist duties to maintain skills as needed.
• Safeguard patient data, property, and on-site medications.
• Maintain professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
