Qualifications

• Strong collections experience and accounting/bookkeeping skills.
• Degree in business or related field preferred.
• 1+ years property management industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support multi-site electronic property functions with audits and reporting.
• Manage bad debt notices and eviction filings.
• Manage lease renewal process post-approval and prepare renewal leases.
• Complete final account statements and move-out charges with property team.
• Coordinate with Community Manager, Property Team, and Regional Manager.
• Ensure renters insurance compliance through regular audits and notices.
• Perform end-of-month accounting and handle resident issues with CAP resolutions.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
