Job summary

National Church Residences seeks a hands-on Property Manager to oversee operations at Hassyampa Village and Kachina Place. The role requires coordinating leasing, budgets, and regulatory compliance across two sites in Arizona while ensuring resident satisfaction.

You will lead on-site staff, manage maintenance and safety, and travel between communities three days weekly at Hassyampa Village and two days weekly at Kachina Place.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of affordable housing property management experience.
• CPM or ARM certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of housing regulations, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations, budgets, and policies.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and related programs.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, rent collection, and occupancy management.
• Address resident concerns and coordinate move-ins/move-outs.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate on-site staff.
• Oversee maintenance, inspections, and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit required compliance reports.
