Job summary

National Church Residences seeks a Property Manager II (Multi-Site) to oversee operations across Edgewood Village in Richwood, WV and Elk Riverview Terrace in Webster Springs, WV. You will drive occupancy, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction while leading site staff and managing budgets.

The role requires a high school diploma and 3+ years of property management experience, with knowledge of HUD/LIHTC and Fair Housing laws. Travel between properties is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of property management experience (affordable housing preferred).
• Knowledge of HUD/LIHTC programs and Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and supervise site staff.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and Fair Housing regulations.
• Maintain occupancy goals through leasing and marketing efforts.
• Prepare for and maintain MOR and REAC inspection results.
• Manage vendors and oversee maintenance operations.
• Support resident satisfaction and retention initiatives.
