Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking a Property Manager II for multi-site oversight of Edgewood Village and Elk Riverview Terrace, ensuring affordability compliance, occupancy, and strong resident services. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and drive leasing and marketing to meet regulatory goals.

The role requires leadership, organization, and clear communication, with travel between sites as needed and a focus on quality service for residents and communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of property management experience (affordable housing preferred).
• Knowledge of HUD/LIHTC programs and Fair Housing laws.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and supervise site staff.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and Fair Housing regulations.
• Maintain occupancy goals through leasing and marketing efforts.
• Prepare for and maintain MOR and REAC inspection results.
• Manage vendors and oversee maintenance operations.
• Support resident satisfaction and retention initiatives.
