Qualifications

• 2–5 years of student housing management experience, overseeing 500+ beds.
• Multi-site experience preferred.
• Strong budgeting, financial analysis, and leasing experience.
• Data-driven, results-oriented leader in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial performance of multiple properties, meeting occupancy, renewal, and NOI goals with timely reporting to regional leadership.
• Execute pricing and marketing strategies based on market trends and competitive positioning.
• Conduct regular property and unit inspections, coordinating with maintenance and vendors for prompt, high-quality service and compliance.
• Hire, train, and coach on-site teams, building a culture of accountability, empowerment, and recognition.
• Identify operational efficiencies without sacrificing quality or resident experience.
