You will conduct inspections, manage leasing activity, and ensure high standards of maintenance while leading on-site teams and maintaining resident relations across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple communities in central Iowa.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure property maintenance.
• Review leasing/occupancy activity and budgets.
• Hire and support on-site managers and staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain resident relations and handle escalated issues.
• Assist in contract negotiations and renewals with ownership/staff.
• Engage with owners, boards, and regional managers.
