Paramark Corporation seeks a dedicated Regional Property Manager to oversee multiple communities in the central Iowa region. The role requires leadership, budgeting experience, and strong collaboration with property owners and staff to maximize NOI.

You will conduct inspections, manage leasing activity, and ensure high standards of maintenance while leading on-site teams and maintaining resident relations across the portfolio.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee multiple communities in central Iowa.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure property maintenance.
• Review leasing/occupancy activity and budgets.
• Hire and support on-site managers and staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain resident relations and handle escalated issues.
• Assist in contract negotiations and renewals with ownership/staff.
• Engage with owners, boards, and regional managers.
