Responsibilities

• Obtain bids, negotiate pricing, and coordinate repairs and projects.
• Review invoices and verify work completion before payment.
• Manage property tax assessments and valuations documentation.
• Ensure security procedures and background checks for contractors.
• Travel between Brandt properties up to 75% as required.
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with standards.
