Management Services Corporation (MSC) is seeking a Property Manager/Portfolio Manager for our Charlottesville, Virginia main office. The role oversees management of MSC Apartments across multiple sites to maximize income and preserve value.

You will report to the Senior Regional Property Manager and ensure quality service to residents. Required: Bachelor’s Degree and knowledge of property management with two years of experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Knowledge of apartment property management normally acquired by two years of experience
• Bachelor’s Degree plus five years’ experience in property management

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the management of MSC Apartments to maximize income and minimize expenses
• Serve as a resource for the Senior Regional Property Manager
• Standardize policies and procedures for the management department
