The Caton Companies seeks a Portfolio Manager for its Charlottesville, VA properties. The role is full-time, based at our main office, with Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

hours and occasional weekend/on-call coverage. You'll supervise MSC Apartments operations to maximize income, minimize expenses, and preserve value for residents and owners. Required is a Bachelor’s Degree and about two years of apartment property management experience; a Bachelor’s Degree with five years of related work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Knowledge of apartment property management typically gained from two years' experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree plus five years’ experience in property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MSC Apartments management to maximize income and minimize expenses.
• Provide professional, ethical management and quality resident service.
• Standardize policies and procedures for the management department.
