Qualifications

• 4+ years of property management experience as a community manager.
• Experience supervising on-site staff and contractors.
• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and NOI management.

Responsibilities

• Develop yearly operating budgets and forecasts.
• Hire, train, and supervise on-site staff.
• Manage leasing goals and occupancy targets.
• Analyze financial statements and report variances.
• Negotiate service contracts and oversee capital projects.
• Promote safety and ensure policy compliance.
