Job summary

The Multi-Site Community Manager/Portfolio Manager at Quinn Residences oversees all operational aspects of assigned residential communities, focusing on financial performance, resident satisfaction, and vendor coordination. This full-time, in-person role is based at our Savannah HUB in Savannah, GA, reporting to the Regional Operations Manager and supervising on-site staff and contractors.

Qualifications

General knowledge of all aspects of Property Management.
At least 4 years of property management experience as a community manager.
Ability to learn and use computer software including Yardi, Outlook, Blue Moon, credit screening, revenue management, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and sales/marketing plans.
Establish leasing goals and manage a lease expiration program.
Analyze operational information for NOI impact, identify trends and adjust strategies.
Monitor rent collections, ensure compliance and file evictions if needed.
Show, lease, and move in prospective residents.
Oversee on-site operations and promote company policies.
