Job summary

Morgan Properties in Ohio is seeking a dynamic Multi Site Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations across our apartment communities. You will drive financial performance, leasing strategy, resident satisfaction, and staff development to deliver a thriving and well-maintained community.

The role requires 5+ years in property management, a valid driver's license, and a track record of achieving occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related property management experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• ARM, CAM, CAPS, MPM, or RMP certifications are a plus.
• Experience overseeing leasing, maintenance, and on-site staff.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and lead on-site staff, including scheduling and daily team meetings.
• Hit financial targets by growing revenue, controlling expenses, and managing budgets and collections.
• Maintain 95% occupancy through strong leasing, renewals, and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee maintenance, vacant unit turns, contractors, and capital improvements.
• Drive marketing and monthly market surveys while ensuring Fair Housing and safety compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of property operations, including financial performance, leasing, resident satisfaction, maintenance, and personnel management. You’ll ensure that company goals are met by leading your team effectively and overseeing day-to-day operations to deliver a well-maintained and thriving community.
