Morgan Properties is hiring an Assistant Property Manager to support daily property operations under the supervision of the Property Manager. You will assist with leasing, collections, resident services and maintenance oversight to uphold our high standards and deliver excellent service to residents and staff.
The role requires two to three years of related experience, plus a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between properties.

What We’ll Expect from You: Two to three years of related experience and/or training.
Prior experience in property management or managerial experience in a sales/customer service role.
Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for traveling between properties.
