Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Bryn Mawr, PA to support day-to-day property operations under the Property Manager. You’ll assist with leasing, collections, resident services, and maintenance oversight to uphold high standards and deliver excellent service to residents and staff.

Schedule is Mon-Fri 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. with rotating Saturdays; base pay ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour plus benefits and incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of related experience or training.
• Prior experience in property management or managerial experience in a sales/customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Address delinquent accounts and initiate eviction processes as needed.
• Assist in following up on delinquencies and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Handle activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, resident insurance, and lease renewals.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of the property under the guidance of the Property Manager. You will assist with leasing, collections, resident services, and maintenance oversight while ensuring the property’s high standards and providing top-notch service to both residents and staff.

Schedule

Mon-Fri, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

Rotating Saturdays, 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Essential Responsibilities

• Address delinquent accounts and initiate the eviction process, filing necessary documents and attending court hearings if required.
• Assist in following up on delinquencies and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Handle all activities related to apartment rentals, move‑ins, resident insurance, and lease renewals as needed.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of related experience and/or training.
• Prior experience in property management or managerial experience in a sales/customer service role.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for traveling between properties.
