Job summary

Cirrus Asset Management is seeking a Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations for Nova Townhomes and The Fulton communities in the Los Angeles area. The role focuses on coordinating staff, managing budgets, and ensuring high-quality building systems upkeep.

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with on-call responsibilities and hourly pay of $30-$33. HVAC certification is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Maintenance Supervisor.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and oversee community operations and resolve problems.
• Perform various maintenance tasks and manage work orders.
• Develop planning, scheduling, and preventive maintenance routines.
• Lead maintenance staff and coordinate with outside professionals.
• Inspect building systems (heating, electrical, HVAC, ventilation).
• Monitor equipment condition and maintenance quality.
• Control budget and track expenditures.
• Manage inventory and reorder supplies.
• Support capital projects and KPI reporting.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety rules.
