Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Maintenance Manager for Pointe at Northern Woods in Columbus to oversee maintenance and service operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency across all assets.

You will lead the maintenance team, implement preventive programs, respond to service requests and emergencies, and partner with Operations to protect property value and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 5+ years of maintenance or facilities experience, preferably in multifamily or property management.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations for residential units, common areas, and building systems.
• Ensure timely response to service requests, unit turns, inspections, and emergency repairs.
• Maintain building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life-safety, and mechanical equipment.
• Ensure proper scheduling, documentation and close-out of all service requests, unit turns and inspections.
