Job summary

G3 Enterprises is seeking a Property Maintenance Coordinator in Modesto, CA to coordinate maintenance activities and capital projects across multiple sites. You will develop budgets, plans, and schedules to ensure safe, functional environments for occupants.

You will work with contractors, read blueprints, and manage PM programs while maintaining a high standard of safety. On-call duties and driving responsibilities are included as part of a dynamic property portfolio.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret plans, specs and blueprints.
• Budgeting for maintenance and capital projects is required.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and PM planning is preferred.
• On-call availability is required.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform maintenance activities and capital improvement projects across multiple sites.
• Consult with contractors for estimates and verify workmanship.
• Develop and manage budgets, plans, and schedules for maintenance and projects.
• Create and refine preventive maintenance programs for property portfolio.
• Operate tools and equipment essential for repairs and replacements.
• Build relationships with tenants and partners to address maintenance needs.
