Job summary

Mission Critical Group is seeking a Director of Operational Readiness and Site Programs to own end-to-end readiness for manufacturing and support locations. This role leads startup, commissioning, ramp, and standardization initiatives across the enterprise, collaborating with Centers of Excellence and site leadership to ensure safe, on-schedule production.

The successful candidate will have 15+ years in manufacturing operations, strong program leadership, and a proven track record of greenfield

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field required.
• Fifteen+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations or site engineering.
• Direct facility readiness and production startup experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Own end to end operational readiness for all manufacturing and support locations; define ready criteria and gates.
• Build and maintain enterprise readiness roadmap aligned with production demand and growth.
• Lead greenfield and brownfield startups; manage commissioning, qualification, and ramp to full rate production.
