Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a turnaround‑driven Program Delivery Director to own and deliver complex, multi‑site programs from concept through scaled manufacturing. You will manage complete P&L accountability, coordinate across sites, and drive long‑term customer relationships to protect and grow programmatic revenue.

The role requires 8–15+ years of program management and a track record of managing $10–$25 MM+ P&Ls across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of progressive experience in program management, operations, or business leadership roles.
• Proven track record managing P&Ls of $10–$25 MM+ and coordinating complex activities across multiple locations.
• Strong customer-facing skills with ability to navigate executive-level relationships.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, industrial manufacturing, or related industries preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own complete program P&L and profitability.
• Lead Integrated Program Leadership Team (IPLT) to align execution across leaders.
• Direct dedicated program resources from member companies during program assignments.
• Drive customer relationships as primary contact and strategic collaborator.
• Coordinate multi-site execution across Re:Build operating sites and manage design-to-production transitions.
• Execute stage-gate processes and forecast upcoming resource needs.
