AMTRACO, based in Franksville, Wisconsin, seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead and strengthen operations across our manufacturing facilities. This hands-on role focuses on safety, efficiency, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You will partner with plant leadership, engineering, quality, supply chain, purchasing, sales, and senior leadership to align resources, meet customer commitments, develop employees, and drive growth for AMTRACO’s manufacturing footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Six Sigma certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day plant operations and budgets.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align production with company goals.
• Support acquisitions and plant expansions when needed.
