Job summary

You will collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and senior leadership to optimize staffing, budgets, and resources, while developing employees and expanding capabilities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of five years of operations or production management experience in manufacturing.
• Six Sigma certification is a plus; strong Lean/continuous improvement background.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day plant operations across facilities and meet financial targets.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and sales to align resources and schedules.
• Develop and mentor teams, manage budgets, and improve safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
