Qualifications

• Five years of relevant operations or production management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading multiple manufacturing facilities and cross-functional teams.
• Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day plant operations ensuring budgets are met.
• Balance production planning with capacity, staffing, and materials.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Develop employees and build accountable, high-performing teams.
• Partner with quality, supply chain, engineering and leadership to meet customer commitments.
