AMTRACO is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and strengthen manufacturing facilities in Franksville, WI. You will drive safe, efficient, and profitable operations with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

This role collaborates across engineering, quality, supply chain, and leadership to align resources and grow the organization. You will oversee budgets, optimize staffing and resources, and lead continuous improvement efforts across multiple plants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business/engineering).
• Five years of ops/production management experience in manufacturing.
• Six Sigma certification a plus or equivalent process-improvement training.
• MBA preferred for advanced leadership and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day plant operations and budgets.
• Balance demand with capacity; coordinate with supply chain and purchasing.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Support acquisitions and plant expansions with planning and execution.
• Maintain health, safety, and environmental compliance across sites.
• Develop employees through coaching, performance management, and skills development.
