Job summary

Community Health Centers of the Rutland Regio is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across the organization’s pharmacy service line. The role oversees Pharmacy Technicians, collaborates with site Pharmacist-in-Charge, and drives growth, access, and efficiency across Rutland and southern Addison counties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, pharmacy, health sciences, or a related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible pharmacy, healthcare operations, or related management experience.
• Experience leading multi-site operations and staff.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to pharmacy services.
• Experience with 340B program is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the pharmacy service line across multiple locations.
• Supervise Pharmacy Technicians and collaborate with Pharmacist-in-Charge.
• Lead workflow improvement and data-driven performance management.
• Manage vendor, software, and wholesaler contracts and relationships.
• Collaborate with Finance and 340B leadership on financial performance and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Represent pharmacy services in organizational meetings and external partnerships.
