Job summary
Grace Health is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Manager to run the day-to-day operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency in staffing, training, workflow, and compliance. You will work hands-on in Grace Health-owned pharmacies on a rotating basis, partnering with the Director of Pharmacy and site Pharmacists-in-Charge to keep operations safe, efficient, and financially sound.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and Business Administration or related field.
- Active pharmacist licensure in the applicable state; eligible to practice.
- Experience leading pharmacy operations across multiple locations.
- Strong budgeting, leadership, and regulatory knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Set and enforce consistent standards across all locations.
- Manage staffing, training, and performance; oversee scheduling.
- Ensure DEA registrations, licensing, and payer credentialing.
- Monitor inventory, costs, and budget variances.
- Drive patient experience and service quality improvements.
