Endeavor Health is seeking a Patient Service Rep at 303 W Lake Street, Addison, to handle pre-registrations, registrations, and revenue cycle tasks. This role includes some travel to other sites and requires flexible hours.

You will collect demographics, insurance data, and signatures, ensuring accurate payment and medical information, while delivering courteous service in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; associates degree preferred.
• 2 years of registration, scheduling, patient accounts or customer service in healthcare.
• Knowledge of health insurances, medical terminology and anatomy.
• Strong data entry and keyboarding skills; bilingual abilities helpful.
• Valid driver's license if performing off-site duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-patient, out-patient, ED, and same-day surgery pre-registrations and registrations.
• Manage order processing, charge capture, and cash collection with accurate data entry.
• Explain revenue cycle processes to patients and offer payment options.
