Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Patient Service Representative in Addison, IL to handle pre-registrations, registrations, and cash collection for in-patient and outpatient settings.

You will collect demographic, insurance, and clinical data, verify eligibility, and assist patients with payment options while delivering accurate information and friendly, customer-focused service. Flexibility for travel and off-site locations is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree in Business Administration/Management preferred.
• At least 2 years of registration, scheduling, patient accounts, cash collections or customer service in a healthcare setting.
• Bilingual abilities and valid driver’s license if off-site location.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely pre-registrations and registrations for in-patient, out-patient, ER, and same-day surgery patients.
• Manage order processing, charge capture, and cash collection per policies.
• Collect and verify demographic, insurance, and clinical data; obtain signatures.
• Screen third-party eligibility and assist with patient communications about payments.
