Staffmark in Dayton, OH seeks an Operations Manager to bridge strategic goals with on-site execution across eight manufacturing facilities. You will report to the Director of Operations and travel frequently to audit processes and drive improvements.

You will lead Lean initiatives, standardize SOPs, manage KPIs, and coordinate cross-site logistics and capacity planning to optimize performance and safety across all locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Engineering is required.
• 5-8 years of progressive Manufacturing experience.
• 3-5 years of Plant Management experience.
• Ability to travel weekly to multiple sites (OH/IN).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Multi-site coordination and travel among eight facilities.
• Standardize SOPs across all facilities to ensure consistent production and quality.
• Serve as primary liaison between leadership and Plant Managers.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing to reduce scrap and lead times.
• Support new projects and capacity improvements.
• Own Operational KPIs and weekly dashboards.
• Oversee manufacturing logistics and collaboration with procurement.
• Analyze capacity constraints and reallocate workloads.
