Job summary

Great Dane LLC is seeking a Project Manager, Operations Transformation to lead cross-site manufacturing improvement initiatives. You will drive productivity, throughput, and labor optimization while standardizing operations and delivering measurable financial benefits across multiple facilities.

The role requires 8–12+ years in manufacturing operations with a strong Lean/Six Sigma background and the ability to coordinate across sites. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 8-12+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or project leadership.
• Experience leading plant-level or multi-site initiatives.
• Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• Travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional manufacturing transformation projects.
• Drive improvements involving throughput, cycle time, labor productivity, and equipment efficiency.
• Coordinate execution across multiple manufacturing locations.
• Develop standardized implementation plans.
• Partner with plant leadership to ensure execution alignment.
• Identify operational risks and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project performance and milestone achievement.
• Deliver measurable financial and operational improvements tied to project objectives.
• Drive execution across functions, not just technical solutioning.
