You will lead teams, mentor staff, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to achieve performance targets and implement standardized work and visual management across the operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with Lean principles.
• Monitor KPIs and lead teams to meet performance targets.
• Lead Lean initiatives including 5S, Kaizen, value-stream mapping and root-cause analysis.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement standardized work and visual management.
• Mentor, coach and develop operations staff; ensure accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business priorities.
