Responsibilities

• Provides direct leadership, coaching, and accountability to Site Managers at multiple locations.
• Travels between locations to maintain visibility and execution.
• Partners with Site Managers to achieve safety, staffing, quality, productivity, and financial goals.
• Conducts site visits, operational reviews, and safety inspections.
• Reviews KPIs and develops action plans to close gaps.
• Communicates with customer leadership and escalates operational concerns.
• Partners with Talent Acquisition to maintain staffing pipelines.
• Supports hiring, promotions, and corrective actions.
• Ensures compliance with policies, audits, and laws.
• Promotes safety culture through inspections, coaching, and corrective action.
• Develops leaders and maintains succession plans.
• Collaborates to implement initiatives and continuous improvement.
