Aramark is seeking a Maintenance General Manager to provide vision, planning, direction, and control across assigned sites within a defined account. This role focuses on growth, cost and productivity, while leading people and meeting financial commitments.

The leader will own operational management, drive safety and quality standards, and coach teams to achieve results. Strong client relationships and strategic planning are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 5+ years of management experience in industrial/manufacturing multi-site roles.
• Experience managing $10M+ in total managed volume and P/L responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Own operational management and financial performance across multiple accounts and units.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Deliver revenue growth, cost controls, and productivity improvements.
• Lead and coach managers, promote safety, quality, and service excellence.
• Ensure GMP compliance and adherence to all safety and regulatory standards.
