Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced operations executive to lead multi-community operations, drive occupancy growth and revenue strategy, and ensure quality care, compliance and customer experience. You will recruit and develop executive leadership, manage P&L, budgeting, and cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Care, HR and Finance to execute strategic initiatives.

This role requires 5+ years in operational leadership and travel; healthcare or hospitality background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years operational leadership experience (multi-site preferred).
• Strong P&L, financial management and business strategy expertise.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare or hospitality preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive results and manage performance.
• Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership ability.
• Ability to travel and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-community operations, ensuring quality care, service and compliance.
• Recruit, develop and manage Executive Directors and leadership teams.
• Drive occupancy growth, revenue strategy and market positioning.
• Oversee P&L performance, budgeting, labor and financial outcomes.
• Use data, reporting and KPIs to improve operational performance.
• Partner with Sales, Care, HR and Finance to execute strategic initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality assurance and risk management.
• Drive customer experience, engagement and service excellence.
• Lead change initiatives, succession planning and leadership development.
