Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior general manager to oversee a multi-account operation generating roughly $100M+ in revenue. The role drives operational efficiency, revenue, margin, and client retention while shaping the overall strategy for a dispersed portfolio.

Ideal candidates will have 10–12 years of general management with full P&L responsibility, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and experience in food, facilities, or retail services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 10–12 years of progressive general management with full P&L responsibility.
• Experience in food, facilities, or retail service sectors preferred.
• Proven leadership and experience managing high-level client relationships.
• Broad knowledge of management practices and strong business planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of multiple accounts or a large multi-site portfolio with substantial revenue.
• Drive revenue, margin, and client retention across the portfolio; ensure operational excellence.
• Develop and maintain the operations strategy, priorities, and direction for the area.
• Manage Sales, Finance, HR, Customer Service, and full P&L accountability.
• Lead and develop a productive, remote-enabled team through coaching and empowerment.
• Collaborate with Sales, HR, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Compliance to implement changes.
