Qualifications

• 5+ years operational leadership experience (multi-site preferred).
• Assisted Living and Memory Care operations experience preferred.
• Strong financial management and business strategy knowledge.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive results and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-community assisted living and memory care operations, ensuring quality care, service and compliance.
• Recruit, develop and manage Executive Directors and leadership teams.
• Drive occupancy growth, revenue strategy and market positioning.
• Oversee P&L, budgeting, labor and financial outcomes.
• Use data and KPIs to improve operational performance.
• Partner with Sales, Care, HR and Finance to execute strategic initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality assurance and risk management.
• Drive customer experience and service excellence.
