Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain and 7+ years' experience or 12+ years in integrated supply/distribution.
• Ability to manage staff and clients in a high tempo manufacturing environment.
• Experience with executive relationship management, supplier management, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct supervision, mentoring, and supply chain guidance to onsite staff at multiple locations.
• Manages plant executive relationships and client communications.
• Oversees team capacity across locations and monitors key service metrics (cost savings, fill rates).
• Participates in sourcing, supplier management, and cost savings initiatives.
• Delivers regular reporting to regional managers and account teams; tracks progress and performance.
• Reviews purchasing history and enforces compliance with sourcing strategies.
