The ideal candidate has 7+ years in a related field or 12+ years of equivalent experience, plus proven staff and client management capabilities, and familiarity with multiple SCM platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain with 7+ years' relevant experience or 12+ years in related roles.
• Ability to manage staff and clients in a high tempo manufacturing environment.
• Experience with multiple SCM platforms (SAP, JDE, Maximo, EAM, CribMaster, Tofino).
• Knowledge of MRO categories and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Onsite associates and mentor them at multiple locations.
• Manage plant executive relationships and supplier performance.
• Oversee cost savings, inventory fill rates, and service levels.
• Provide regular reporting to client site champion and account manager.
• Identify opportunities for expanded spend and process improvements.
