• Demonstrated staff and client management in a high tempo manufacturing setting.
• Experience with multiple supply chain platforms (SAP, JDE, Maximo, EAM, CribMaster, Tofino).
• Knowledge of MROP categories and on-site supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct supervision, mentoring, and supply chain guidance to Onsite associates.
• Manages plant executive relationships with clients.
• Oversees team capacity across multiple locations and monitors service level metrics.
• Drives cost savings, inventory management, and spend optimization for onsite programs.
• Gathers and communicates performance data to clients and internal teams.
• Travel up to 25–50% as required.
