Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a large multi-site outpatient practice. You will own financial performance, patient access, volumes, staff engagement and retention, and value-based care while partnering with leaders to deliver integrated services.

You will recruit and develop staff, ensure compliance, manage facility needs, and drive patient experience excellence across sites within Banner Health's network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, consumer, finance or related field required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related setting with accountability for key performance metrics.
• Ability to develop, implement, evaluate and adjust an operational vision for clinics within an integrated system.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for strong financial performance by ensuring budget controls, payroll, supplies, and inventory management.
• Continuously monitors operations; revises clinic templates and schedules to improve efficiency and patient access.
• Provides leadership; recruits, develops, rewards, retains staff and gives performance feedback.
• Ensures compliance with accrediting bodies and government agencies; conducts audits and trainings.
• Identifies facility maintenance needs and coordinates repairs with internal/external resources.
• Collaborates with marketing to build partnerships and support promotions and brand positioning.
• Maintains high patient experience by monitoring data and coaching staff to exhibit expected service behaviors.
• Manages administrative responsibility for large multi-site clinics and aligns budgets with financial performance.
