Software Placement Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee new residential builds across Monroe and Charlotte, NC. You’ll manage multiple sites, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain top-tier communication with homeowners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in residential construction leadership.
• Experience managing multiple projects (8–10) concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onsite construction across multiple jobsite locations (Monroe/Charlotte NC).
• Plan and schedule subcontractors to meet build-time requirements.
• Maintain high levels of customer and subcontractor communication.
• Lead pre-construction through closeout including safety and scheduling.
