• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field required; Master's preferred.
• Must have 7–10 years of progressively responsible management experience; at least 3 years in healthcare operational management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of workflows, operational standards and patient quality outcomes.
• Coach supervisors and managers for performance and daily management discipline.
• Achieve budget, staffing, and productivity targets through active oversight.
• Execute patient access initiatives and operational improvements.
• Use data, rounding, and direct engagement to monitor performance and drive action.
• Provide medical group practice subject matter expertise across sites.
