Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressively responsible management experience.
• At least 3 years in health care operational management.
• Experience leading teams across multiple sites or service lines.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of workflows, operational standards, and patient quality outcomes.
• Coach and hold supervisors and managers accountable for performance.
• Achieve budget, staffing, and productivity targets through oversight.
• Lead patient access initiatives and operational improvements.
• Monitor performance using data, rounding, and direct engagement.
• Provide medical group practice subject matter expertise.
• Lead cross-site operational initiatives and drive system-wide improvements.
