Your day includes rooming patients, measuring vitals, relaying instructions, coordinating labs, and keeping supplies stocked. The role rotates between Hudson, Spring Hill, and Brooksville offices. Reliability and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical assisting and taking histories.
• Phlebotomy and injections skills required.
• ECW/EPIC EMR experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Take medical histories and record vital signs, assisting the physician during examinations.
• Escort patients to exam rooms, measure vitals, and document in EPIC chart.
• Provide patient instructions and coordinate with physicians and staff.
• Maintain exam rooms and stock medical supplies; prepare instruments and sterilization.
• Handle and triage patient messages and phone calls.
• Rotate between Hudson, Spring Hill and Brooksville offices.
• Maintain logs and compliance checks as required.
